I have bad arthritis in my knee and lots of bone on bone pain. I will likely need a knee replacement in the future but trying to make that a long time from now. Getting comfortable at night with no pain is extremely difficult. My new doctor suggested getting a pillow to help bring comfort. Most pillows I have found are designed for side sleepers but since I'm both a back sleeper and side sleeper none of the ones that popped up on Amazon would work for me until I came across this one. I have been using it for about two weeks now and it has made a such a difference for getting a good night's rest. It fits comfortably underneath my knee when I'm sleeping on my back and then between my knees when I roll over. It has just the right amount of firmness and soft cushion. I can use it with both legs or just one and I mostly use it with just the one. If I forget to use it one night, I wake up in so much pain and feel so stiff. I like that it has a zipper so it can be taken off and washed. I haven't done that yet so can't write about that but it's a nice addition for when I do. This has been a game changer for me and I will be taking it with me wherever I go including vacation.

As described and works, very comfortable and helped my back issue, is not cooling but fits perfect behind my knees, and removed the back pain I was having which helped my sleep. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the insert trying to make it look like it's made in the US, when it's not, it say's "Made for the USA" with the flag. But other than that I am very happy with it and do recommend it.

I was looking for a knee pillow that wouldn't go flat after use. This is perfect. It's firm, but still comfortable. It doesn't get hot, it's the perfect height to keep my knees up when lying on my back. No more pain!

The memory foam portion of this knee pillow is fantastic. The memory foam is supportive, and bounces right back to shape after use. The pillow stays in place despite the very slippery outer cover. The thickness is just right for my stature to provide the support I need. I was able to get a better nights sleep and avoid shooting pain in my hips. This is a very functional pillow. My big problem with it is that I washed the cover following all instructions on the cover label, and after the air drying had completed, I realized the cover was warped along the bottom and the seam had even started pulling apart by the zipper. I am going to have to get the cover repaired as I’ve already used the pillow, and think it’s great minus this one big flaw regarding the quality of the cover. Until the company upgrades the quality of the cover I will have to say this pillow is overpriced and not worth the money.

I give this knee pillow 5 out of 5 stars because it does exactly what it says. It’s soft, comfortable, and helps keep my legs and back aligned while I sleep. It stays in place during the night and doesn’t flatten out. However, I don’t think it’s much different from other memory foam knee pillows I’ve tried in the past. It works great, but nothing really stands out to make it unique. This is still a solid choice if you’re looking for a solid, reliable option, this one is worth buying.

This pillow is perfect for me and very comfortable. At first a little uncomfortable but I fell asleep with it under my knees and when I woke, the heat from my body had softened it and it was very comfortable. Don’t give up on it! I highly recommend!
