Ours did not come with the hardware or instructions. Could someone provide what is needed for the hanging hardware and any special instructions? Thank

Hardware is 3 small screws. One on each upper corner of the cabinet and one One for the board itself. They mount separately to the wall. Google height and distance for placement.

Does any have the mounting dimensions? I lost the template and wasnt to move it
