Great product, great results
Pretty easy to use, a little bit goes a long way, and results look fantastic. Re-did the grout in a high use half bath and am very happy with the results. I will say that it’s a tedious job, takes awhile, and you’ll be sore after crouching on the ground painting grout for hours! But-worth it.

#1 grout refresher
This is amazing stuff, I love this brand. tried different brands, but this is the best. My house is 20 years old, with tile floors. I wanted to replace the tile floors about 1200 feet of tile. Instead I repainted the grout see how it would look. The tiles look brand new. The floor looks bright, clean and appealing II is esay to apply, took me 4 weeks to complete the whole house. Works so well, I have now done my 2 daughters house too.

No regrets!
This product is a great way to change your grout color without having to do a ton of work. I got the charcoal color to darken my grout so it wouldn’t show dirt as easily as the light grout. I used a method I saw on YouTube. I quickly put this product down, waited 30 minutes, then scraped the excess product off the tiles with a plastic scrapper. It was much easier than expected. The pictures show after, before, and the difference in the two.

Effective, if you're patient
Overall, I'm pleased with how easily the paint applied. Our house has its original 1994 tile, and the grout had turned a disgusting color from years of neglect. Since we purchased our home a couple years ago, I couldn't decide whether to gut the bathroom or cover the tile; but when I came across the paint, I thought it could be a good temporary and low budget fix. Yet to be seen on how well it will hold up with cleaning.Pros: coverage seems effective; Rain is a nice blue-grey that's pleasing to the eye; low odor; dries quicklyCons: the nib (cap) doesn't have a way to close it and dries clogged if you don't plan to use it all at once; it can be messy, so be patient with applying and cleaning up the lines; there's no way to get the lines exactly pristine, especially if the grout is close to the same level as the tile

Works great
Works great, my tile looks better than when it was installed. Uniform coverage and goes a long way. I have 17 x 17 tile with 1/4 inch grout and 3 bottles covered about 1800 sq ft. In doing this by myself I got down the best technique towards the end. Put down no more than a pencil lead width and spread with a toothbrush removed from tile surface with paper towels. Use lots of paper towels and good luck

Easy and looks like new
Great stuff easy to use. I used a bent toothbrush to apply… just dip bristles in the paint and apply to the grout going forward than backward… this makes sure that the paint is applied even and helps it absorb into the grout. I had next to zero overage on the tile but if I did, it took it right off. No mess.

I'm so glad I found this!
Update: a few months in and all the grout paint is coming off where the water stream from the shower head hits the tile. I followed the instructions to the T. I cannot recommend this product. All my time wasted. We had our shower re-tiled 2 years ago, so our grout was in good condition. The problem was that I chose the grout color in a rush because the color I wanted was not in stock. It was dark brown. We used the same dark brown in our kitchen, which I like because we have an industrial look in there. In the bathroom, I wanted more of a "spa" feel, and the dark brown was not working for me. I considered having the dark brown removed and then replaced with the light gray that I originally wanted. I couldn't find anyone that would do it. I did some research and came across this product on Youtube. I watched several videos and read the reviews to avoid my own learning curve. It is time consuming, but if you follow the instructions of those who have done it, it is not difficult. My grout did not have a sealer on it, so the Grout Refresh was a good choice. I began using a tooth brush, but then switched to a stiff, wide artist's brush, which I like better. I used the "dry" method of covering the grout, letting it dry, then wiping the tile with a MOIST cloth and using an old credit card to scrape the excess off the tile. The concept is similar to scraping dried paint off of glass. If you don't let it dry long enough, you can remove some of the color on the grout joints. I abolutely love my grout now! I was able to get the look I wanted all along. My concern is how will it hold up to chemicals and scrubbing when I clean our shower in the future. I've contacted the company to inquire about this. At this point, I hight recommend, but follow the guidelines before and during application.
