My Mom found it to be very good. It is on the sweeter side - which she likes, even using in curries.I feel those who do not like their curries to have even a dash of sweetness should avoid this product.

Mission impossible
The coconut powder is very fine. However the lid of the container is very difficult to open and close (Mission impossible). I had broken a few nails in the process and finally threw away the container.
