I actually got this for my dog. She’s a large dog, and has a habit of chasing rabbits and ends up injuring herself doing so. So, I give her this every night. I roll it up in a piece of cold cut, and she just swallows it down. She hasn’t been limping since it got into her system. Yay!

Averaging 5-8 on the pain scale very often.But I get a handful of brazil nuts or other nuts/seeds, with a glass of water, and take these about 3 or 4 at a time, eat another nut, swallow 3 or 4 more capsules, etc.This is as effective for me as the ibuprophen, inhibits the cox 1 and cox 2 and quelling inflammation and further joint destruction. And over time, approximately 120 days, has steadily, along with my regimen specially addressing my osteoarthritis condition, gotten me to a function and pain level of , over the past two weeks, around 3 to 4, and I've been pushing it due to the Christmas shopping season!This has allowed me to very gradually add exercises back into my routine that I have been able to do for a long time because of pain and muscle weakness.As I'm able to strengthen and stabilize my core and hips, this will then, I'm hoping, continue to improve my condition.

Frankincense family NOW are great products

I loved it was not a capsule, (it is a gelcap) and that it was available on subscribe and save. Now for the last 4 months I can't get it without paying a higher price and not getting it autoshiped each month. I'm really disappointed. I guess I will end up having to cancel the order and do without. Products that don't use soy products, whether it's powder or oil, is really hard to find. This was one.

I was taking another brand from my doctor but it was too expensive. This one was perfect and great price. There is no black pepper which is in most turmeric supplements and black pepper can cause inflammation. I use this supplement for arthritis pain and general inflammation in the body but I do take twice the dosage and that is what my doctor had me on. Please ask your doctor first.

Great value for your money. I didn’t think I needed it during the hotter months of summer and stopped taking & the pain returned. I also give it to my dog and just sprinkle a little on his food and found he’s playing more and acting more like he was younger. Just have to watch carefully with both of us because it can irritate the stomach.

Been taking this for about a week…gave me a pounding migraine and systemic achiness. Very tight shoulder and upper back pain! I must be sensitive to frankincense resin. Whatever may be, I stopped taking it, and the body aches and migraine went away. Didn’t help with joint pain either. Fail.
