Are these flame resistant?

This garment claims to be 100% polyester fabric. The ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 Type R standard (which this garment claims to meet) does not specify a flammability rating. If the product claims to be meet flammability standards, it must be labeled accordingly. However, the vest we have had removable "hang tag(s)" that are long gone. That said: Unlike many natural, untreated fabrics, polyester is not flammable and does not ignite easily, according to Fabric Finishing Partners. Once ignited, however, the synthetic fabric melts and is capable of severely burning skin. Melting occurs at 220° C or 482° F. For normal day to day wear, when high visibility is required, this is a reasonably safe garment. If it is to be worn in a high-risk of flammability area (e.g. handling fuels, or near open flames (such as a cutting torch), I'd recommend finding a garment that was specifically labeled as "non-flammable.")

Does the tag on the vest say INSA Certified or at least have ISNA initials?

No, this vest tag does not have “ISNA” It’s all I need for my job, & is so much better than the ones they have at work, I.e. no pockets, (my allergies, I have a big need for pockets, for my tissues) Velcro that was always stuck to everything except the other 1/2 of Velcro, so I love the zipper! And I’m sorry it made me take a minimum timed video… I did not have the option of just sending a picture. I do hope that helped.

what’s the dimension of the transparent pocket? Not sure whether can fit my work ID

The pocket is 3x3.5". The vest is great and I highly recommend it.
