Why does this fan have a water leak issue?

The leakage occurs because overfilling the top water tank causes water to overflow from the sides as it drips down. Therefore, we recommend adding water directly to the bottom tank.

Does it measure up to the cooling power of an air conditioner ?

Sorry, since our cooling fan uses ice to cool the water and circulate air, it's not effective enough for extremely hot regions. It basically works as just a fan in those conditions.

Be sure to note that after adding 80% of water for the first time, there is no need to replace the water in the box. Just circulate and refrigerate for continued use.
