Convenient drawing for cheese
Good selection of drainage buckets for cheese. Not as flimsy as others I have tried.

Great Cheese molds
I use these molds weekly when I make paneer. I mostly use the two square ones. One to hold the cheese and the other to put on top as I weigh it down with a jar of water to squeeze out excess whey. They are easy to clean, if you are using cheese cloth and work very well.

Update: Seller resent new molds. I'm Happy. Original: Mold bottom broke first time I used it
Update: Seller resent the entire kit. 5 thumbs upUsing cheese molds for years. Bought this kit because of the two smaller molds, and used the larger round one for the first time a few days ago for soft ricotta. Bottom broke immediately when i was trying to release the cheese out.

They work for me!
Have used these cheese maker molds a few times after receiving them. These molds work extremely well for someone like me who only makes small batches of ricotta cheese. They drain well and quickly, can be pressed by hand with a spatula without damaging the mold. They work for me!

So how do I make the cheese?
Where does it say these are from Italy? The box says Glasgow, England. Also the set doesn't contain a recipe booklet or directions on how to make cheese. You'll have to look on the internet.
