Why do you offer two free bags for a 5 star review and then never respond?

Same made 2 reviews since I ordered different bags from same company and never even got a response let alone any pay dirt. I will say I got my money worth on the first order not so much on the 2nd with same product ifs hit or miss but was over 100% return with the first order and only a small fraction of that on the same order the 2nd time

My wife tried to cancel her order 10mins after she purchased the order but the phone number doesn’t work and you don’t respond to e-mails Why?

You're paying for the experience. If you want gold it's best to just buy gold. This is not for investment purposes.

Don’t purchase this dirt. There are much better paydirt companies. You might get $4-5 back in gold. Also their customer service is non existent. My .02
