This bike, so far, is out-performing our more than double the $'s E-Bike
Why a 5 star review? I recently purchased my wife an E-Bike from another company for mothers-day, it was over $1400 dollars and is a great bike. I am disabled and cannot walk but a 100 feet or so, so I didn't think I could ride an e-bike remembering how hard it was to peddle around, however I was pleased to see that the peddle assist gave me the freedom of riding again. So I wanted an e-bike for my self so I could ride with her but didn't have another $1400 dollars to spend. I was nervous to spend that kind of money on-line to just find out the bike wasn't what was advertised.I looked around and found this Jasion CB1 E-bike on Amazon for under $350 with $150 shipping (abt $605 total w/ tax). So I made the purchase after reading some good reviews. The bike came 5 days after the purchase and the box seemed to be in OK shape so i was feeling good about it all. It was pretty easy to put together in about an hour or so (I move slow)When adjusting the brakes I noticed a low spot on the rear wheel and closer inspection showed that the wheel had been cracked at one of the spoke holes. I assumed it had been dropped hard in the box during shipping. My heart dropped because I read a few reviews that sounded like I might have a hard time getting a resolve. The speedometer face also had a small crack (hard to see) but was still functional and didn't effect the bike at all. I reached out to their support email as well as contact though the Amazon portal. I sent two pictures of the defects and wrote that I could live with the small crack on the face of the speedometer but needed to get the rear wheel replaced. In 48 hrs I received confirmation that they would send out the new parts. 6 days later both parts were shipped to my home. The rear wheel box looked like it had shipped from the moon and I was worried it also might have a problem, but to my surprise it was unharmed and in perfect condition. It took me about an hour to replace the parts and was ready to ride. My 5 stars is because shipping is out of the control of the Jasion company so anything could happen during shipping. However this company was quick in response, quick with a resolution and a joy to work with considering that the part that got destroyed was the most expensive part on the bike.We have taken both bikes out and compared them with each other and the Jasion bike seems to be a bit faster than the more expensive bike, as well as it has a throttle when needed. It also has a sportier/sleek look than the more expensive bike. We love it!Note: I am 5'9" and the bike is just a little short for my arms and legs and I wouldn't want to ride without the assist. If I was any taller I think it would be uncomfortable even with peddle assist (perhaps because its advertised as a ladies bike). So my wife and I traded bikes because hers was a little longer by an inch or two (also a ladies bike). The only other thing I would say is, purchase the bike that comes with free shipping, because if a return is needed you'll be out the shipping cost and only be eligible to receive the purchase price back to your account. I will update if any issues with this bike arise but as of now I am pleased with the purchase and would defiantly buy from Jasion again!

Awesome Electric Bike – Fast, Smooth Ride with Great Battery Life!
The media could not be loaded. This electric bike is absolutely awesome! I was seriously impressed with the speed—it easily hits around 25 mph, which makes it super fun and efficient for getting around. The acceleration is strong, and it handles really well on both smooth roads and bumpy terrain. The ride is surprisingly smooth, even over rough spots, and the suspension does a great job. The battery life is amazing—I’ve gone on several long rides without needing to recharge, and it still had plenty of power left. One of my favorite features is the cargo space on the back. It’s sturdy and perfect for carrying bags, groceries, or whatever else I need on the go.If you’re looking for a fast, reliable, and practical electric bike, this one’s a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Loving this bike, for the second time
I love this bike. Back in October I purchased this Jasion cruiser as my first ebike to get me to/from work, 6 mi roundtrip. The instruction manual was confusing, but the unboxing video is super helpful. Took about an hour to put it together. The bike must have been bumped around a bit during shipping, which is expected - so I had to adjust the derailleur a bit after watching a YouTube video to learn this skill. Then I was good to go. And go I did, with a huge smile on my face. I'm about 145 lb, and I could hit 23 mph on the flat sections in PAS mode. It's so fun to ride and has a cute retro vibe. It struggles on steep hills, but I have some mild hills on my commute, and it did great if I pedaled along. A couple of months ago, some jerk stole my bike while I was in the grocery store for 5 minutes. I considered upgrading to a more expensive ebike, but after a lot of thought I ended up purchasing the same exact Jasion cruiser. And it's even better! The company must have improved the packaging, because I didn't have the derailleur issues during installation, and it goes 3 mph faster than my old one! I don't write reviews often, but had to share my experience with this fun and affordable ebike.

Runs great but has a few issues
The bike is great, but there were a few issues I thought I should probably point out.First, you’re not able to adjust the seat. every time I sit down, it falls, and it moves whenever you ride.Secondly, the battery life is kinda bad, it only lasts about 2 hours, and takes 7 hours to fully charge. And third, the bike handle bars move around, so I have to adjust it every once in a while.Overall, the bike is pretty nice! It rides smoothly, goes to about 24mph, and is honestly so fun to ride! Just those few things are an issue, but I personally don’t mind that much, as long as it runs lol. (also the building instructions were NOT easy like people said, buuut I’m also kind of a dunce so take that with a grain of salt)
