Anker have done it again.. another solid earbud
Anker are my go to brand for good value decent audio headphones. I have always gone with big budget headphones in the past loving sennheiser Bose. My last set were the Denon perl pro which I love due to the customisation.... I got the soundcore liberty 5 for work as I'm not wanting to lose my pricier ear buds knowing Anker produce a good quality sound from over ear headphones I have and these I considered a reasonable price I gave these ago. Well when paired with the app and if you go through the preference settings in it you have a fabulous pair of earbuds. Bass is solid if you are a bass head trebles are crisp and depending on your preference mids create a good overall balance. The ear tips are comfortable and do well blocking out surrounding noises. Put the anc on and it seems to do well at immersing you in your own world. I would definitely recommend giving these a go. For the Audiophiles out there the app also gives you an adjustable EQ setting if you find yourself needing to adjust to give a purer sound. I'm not saying it is perfect for audiophiles but this feature may help Value for money:They were on sale on primeday so got them for a great price Sound quality:Solid customisable sound no distortion Comfort:Different earbuds which should fit most comfortablyQuality:Seem to be a solid build qualityWhy did you choose this product over others?:Experience with other Anker products and not wanting to spend a fortune on headphones for workEase of use:App is brilliant to set up headphones. Touch sensor is a pinch sensor seems to work fine. There does seem to be a small delay from when you touch it. Not an issue just something to point out.Functionality:Does everything needed fine

Great earbuds however.
5 star product however the software is half baked. You must wait until the adaptive Anc setting is available. But overall nice earbuds. The battery life is great, and the case can feel a little loose but it's there to allow some flex incase you sit on it or bend it, value is 10/10 for the price(79 prime day, can't feel them in my ears even though they are a deep fit.

Great Overall, But Big Sound Difference Between Modes
I’ve been using the Soundcore Liberty 5 earbuds for a few weeks now and overall, they’re a solid pair of earbuds. The design is sleek, the fit is comfortable, and the battery life is impressive. Connectivity is fast and stable, and I really like the companion app with its customizable EQ settings. However, there’s one major downside I’ve noticed: the sound quality changes a lot depending on the mode you’re using. When I have noise cancelling turned on, the music sounds rich, clear, and really impressive quality. But when I switch to normal mode (with ANC off), the sound becomes flat, hollow, and almost tinny. It’s a noticeable drop in quality that makes me avoid using them without noise cancelling. It’s not a total dealbreaker for me, since I mostly use ANC anyway, but it’s definitely something to be aware of. For the price, I expected more consistency across modes.Still, if you plan on using ANC most of the time, these are a great choice.

Worth it for that extra bass
I already have the Liberty 4s. I tried the Liberty 4 Pro, but found them to be no better, so I returned them.Early reviews of the 5s suggested there was more bass, so I thought I'd try them.On the 4s, I used the app to whack up the bass bands, which made them great, but only when using the user EQ option. Is there more bass on the 5s? Yes, though again I need to turn it up to the max.Maybe a bit expensive to buy another pair for just a bit more bass, but on a Prime Day deal, I couldn't resist.Someone else, only one, mentioned that if you choose 'Normal', ie non NC mode, the sound quality is poor. I agree. You get no bass and generally poor quality. This is very odd, and I've found this on all models. Why, Soundcore? So I only use NC mode, which is no problem. I just don't see why Normal doesn't sound good...Controls are pinch rather than touch and bleep, so not so easy to know what you've done. Touch and bleep is better, take note for Liberty 6 to return to that.Otherwise, superb, as always.

Quality product, sleek to look at and they don’t dent your wallet too much either.
Why did you choose this product over others?:They look great, love the case as well. Comfortable to wear, they don’t fall out either! The sound is fantastic, quality bass and clear vocals. Noise cancelling is great, I couldn’t believe how well it works. Definitely worth the cost, a fraction of the price of other brands but more than matches them on quality.

A nice upgrade from my ageing liberty air 2
A definite step up from my old liberty air 2 earphones. The liberty 5 sit comfortably in the ear and offer a secure fit, without feeling too heavy. Pairing via Bluetooth was quick and easy, and the app offers a lot of different sound profiles as well as a customisable EQ so you can tune the earbuds to your own personal style. The ANC does a good job in blocking out surrounding ambient noise and the transparency mode is great if you need to be aware of your surroundings when out and about. The microphones function well when using the earbuds for calls, and I have yet to have them disconnect. There is a few other features, but I'm sure it's all in the product copy. Overall very happy.

Don't bother
Not impressed! The 1 star is for the sound quality which is good. They don't stay in your ear, I tried all the eartips and I still had to keep twisting them to stay in. When I'm on a call talking they were coming loose and when running they were falling out, the same with walking. The Bluetooth connection is rubbish, every day it was connecting, disconnecting spending 5 to 10 minutes trying to connect them. Some days would connect at all.
