Excellent batteries, charger and fit and finish. The batteries are the same size and design of the factory ones directly from Insta, they look identical other than the printing on the side of the batteries. The charger allows for fast charging of the 2 batteries it comes with. Doesn't allow for charging the 3rd original battery like some other designs but this one is much more mobile to allow you to take it with you. If you need extra batteries pick this up you won't regret it!

I got this Amagisn battery charger with 2 batteries compatible with my Insta360 X4 360 degree camera, because I felt like I needed some backup batteries for longer days of filming, as each battery lasts a little under 90 minutes of recording, and it takes a while to charge back up. I also needed a charging station for the Insta360 batteries. I haven't tried charging them using this charger, just the two batteries it came with. I am a little hesitant to try to charge them in the charger that came with these Amagisn replacement batteries, but it should work just fine as all the same voltage and wattage ratings apply as can be seen in the photo.The batteries are the same size as the original ones, but they have a green line on top instead of the original blue so you can tell them apart easily. The charging case is nice, it seems to have good build quality and the lights reflect off surfaces in a cool way.The camera starts up just fine with them in it, and reads 100% when charged, and I have not had any issues using the internal USBC port to charge the battery either. It seems to work just fine.One big thing to know is that the battery says it is not waterproof or water resistant, unlike the original Insta360 X4 battery which allows the device to maintain its waterproof rating. Don't use the X4 in the rain or underwater with this battery in, or it could short out and ruin your device. That's a big difference between the original more expensive battery and this one. The energy storage capacity of these batteries is a few hundred MAh more than the original and I wonder if the lack of waterproofing has anything to do with that. I live in a place that gets lots of rain, so these probably won't be as useful to me unless it's a dry summer day.This set of batteries works well, looks cool, and is much cheaper than the spare battery available from Insta360 itself. Time will tell whether these are as good as the original ones at holding a charge over time, but I am grateful to have them as backups and I recommend anyone who owns the Insta360 X4 pick some up to have in your camera bag. It's a pretty good value for the money.

A small compact charging hub with an attractive shiny gunmetal finish and a no-slip pad on the base. Two 2500mAh batteries click in place for a solid connection. A blue light for power connected and two lights for each battery going to solid green when fully charged. The charging cable is a type-C so purchase a type-C female to type-A male adapter or appropriate cable if needed as this doesn't come with one.The description says that the batteries are not waterproof but they have the exact same sealing and locking system as the OEM batteries so maybe they are talking about out of the camera per the electrical connections shorting. Confusing but I'm not dropping the X4 in a pool to find out.Compatibility batteries will charge in camera and the unit will charge insta360 X4 OEM batteries. Interestingly trying another aftermarket battery the unit would not recognize it. Overall an excellent choice with 2500mAh batteries versus the 2290mAh OEM versions. If brand name is important at current Amazon prices that is $140.00 USA for two batteries and the OEM charger. You decide.

Nice kit. Very useful if you are needing extra battery life, which is / appears to be so far on par with the original set that came with my X4.Have storage for 2 extra batteries is nice.Charging speed? Sufficient.Great value for the money. I also think the finish on the charging case is slick. A step above the rest.

These are great little backup batteries for our camera. We wanted some spares to take on vacation, so we wouldn't have to worry about missing anything. The case charges quickly and well, and plugs in via usb-c cable. We haven't noticed any difference between these batteries and the one that originally came with the camera and they seem to be holding the charge well. The case clicks shut, so we can put it in the bag securely and not worry about the batteries falling out while traveling. It's about the size of 2 earbud cases put together so it doesn't take up much room either.

An obvious upgrade for your Insta360 X4 are spare batteries. Its battery life is excellent however you always want spares for a trip or outing. This not only gives you two great batteries, but also comes with a compact charging/storage case. With USB-C you can charge two batteries at once, with indicator lights that helpfully turn off when the batteries are charged. The case is quite light, so you could use it to store the batteries in your bag during the day.A must have!
