These are definitely gummies. Not my favorite texture, but, if you like gummies and things that are orange flavored, then these could be for you! The flavor is a nice orange and I don't notice any strange after taste.The serving size is 3, which is kind of a lot for my mouth, but I also don't really want to eat them one at a time, so I pop them all in my mouth at once. I don't notice any stomach upset with these, but I haven't with any other creatine products either. I tend to take them with food because I eat them in the morning while taking other daily medicines.I've been using creatine for over a month through a couple different products, and I haven't noticed any decline in my lifting performance since starting this product.At the time of review, this product is $28.50 for a month's supply. That is almost double what you would pay for a month's supply of a powder...

The gummy's are good, but in my digestive system in my case because I am delicate, I prefer the powder. But for snack I will use it only 1 gummy

These creatine gummies are such a convenient way to take creatine - way faster and easier than mixing powder! And, in my opinion, they are easier on the stomach than creatine powder or capsules. I think they taste ok - not terrible but not as good as other creatine gummies I’ve tried. The ingredients seem to be good quality.
