Great for needing bread on
Bought this to replace an old plastic one thatI melted. This is much more flexible, easier to clean, and a little bit sticky so it doesn't slide around on the counter if I knead bread on it. Big improvement and makes clean-up a breeze

The writing on this is blurred
I would’ve given it to five but one of the main reasons I bought it was it had grams to cups. unfortunately, you can’t read it all the printing on this is blurred. It’s a nice size. The material is strong and It doesn’t move around. The bread does not even stick to it when kneading.
