Great Product but watch for reaction
This was the only product that helped me with my SI/Piriformis pain. I wore these religiously and ended up getting blisters from a latex reaction. So on top of having butt pain, I had butt blisters. Great product but it was irritating to my skin. I wish they were made latex free.

These stick to skin -- and burn!
I tried these after breaking my T-9 vertebra. They literally burn! Their adhesive is so strong that when I tried to remove them, strips of skin were torn off.

Great for pain relief
Using on my knee. It was broken and now 7 months of physical therapy. I am now using the patches to relieve the lingering pain.

Helpful Heat Patches
I tend to experience lower back pain/discomfort and although it usually resolves itself with rest, sometimes resting isn’t an option and I need to keep on moving and have to find some comfort to get me through. I normally use a different brand of patches that alternate between ice and heat, but I thought I’d give these a try the last time I experienced back discomfort. It took a little bit to actually start feeling the heat from this and even then, the heat was subtle, but I did feel a different kind of prickly sensation where the patch was. I assume that was the capsaicin tingling my skin? I left the patch on overnight. I didn’t notice it while I slept, unless I laid flat on my back, at which point I would again feel the prickly feeling. I took it off when I got up in the morning and went to take my daily shower and when the hit water hit my back, again the prickly feeling hit that spot. I then remembered that the directions had said not to use an hour before or after showering, so I immediately stopped running the hot water on my back. I’m not sure what the issue is, but I did not have any noticeable effects on my skin after all this. I do think the patch helped overall, but not as well as the type I normally use. I will keep these on hand to try again.
