I have a nano 2.5-gallon shrimp tank for Neocaridina Shrimp for fun. I found it to be relaxing and entertaining. My shrimp continue to reproduce and we have added a 5-gallon tank since then. One of the only problems with a nano tank is that it needs regular cleaning (25% of the water) and filter changes. In my research to find cleaning options, I came across snails and a plus for Malaysian Trumpet Snails is that they will clean your plants without eating/destroying them. Searching Amazon, I found this seller and the small size of the snails was perfect for my small tank (and the 5-gallon as well).I ordered four Giant Malaysian Trumpet Snails from this seller on October 30th and watched anxiously for shipping and arrival. They were shipped on Monday, November 4th, and arrived on November 7th. At first, you might be unsure if they are alive, but instructions were added to help acclimate them properly (make sure to follow instructions). Once placed in the tank, they began opening and moving within minutes, exactly as described.Though I paid for 4 Malaysian Trumpet Snails, I was super excited to receive 6 (see photo). They were packed in water, tied tightly in double plastic bags, in a bubblepack envelope. Remember they are really small and mine traveled perfectly. The first day or two normally lets you know if they acclimate fine and some loss is normal but mine are all thriving and cleaning the algae on the shells perfectly (see 2nd photo). They tend to love the small calcium ball (3rd photo) and best of all, they acclimate perfectly with my Neocaridina Shrimp (see 4th photo). The shrimp were somewhat curious and tend to love anything new that I add to the tank. The best part is that I don't have to worry about them eating my shrimp!I honestly cannot say enough good things about this seller, the packaging, the health and condition of the snails, the instructions they include, and how well they are doing in my tank. I would give a 10-STAR if I could! I haven't communicated with the seller, because I didn't need to. It's a small amount of money for a whole lot of fun. I would absolutely return in the future if I needed more. Don't hesitate to purchase from this seller. Buy with confidence.UPDATE:I bought these Oct 30th - They arrived Nov 7th. Today is Nov 18th and we already have BABIES!!!

Frozen
Snails were in an unmarked, non insulated, bubble envelope. They arrived earlier than expected and were dead and frozen. Do not order in cold weather and keep in mind you only have a two hour window after delivery to report any issues.

Alive and healthy upon delivery!
I was a little worried because it said they were going to be in the mail system for two weeks, but they arrived early! All the snails were alive and healthy and they make a great addition to my tank! Very happy with my purchase

Cool snails not good service
I purchased these for my son who has a snail garden. I followed the directions to the letter and the snails were not very alive, I contacted the company within 2 hours as stated in the instructions. Long story short, they blamed me for anything that went wrong. I didn’t get a refund, I was just done with the back and forth. The “customer is always right” does not apply to this company. Lesson learned and never again

Came alive !
Snails got to me and all are alive but I see small white worms might be harmless detritus but still for anyone buying quarantine them just in case.

Dead snails and fish
All the snails came dead. Packages were found lying on the ground in sub-freezing weather.

Happy snails
Literally made themselves at home as soon as they were popped in the tank. Literally started burrowing into the substrate.

Got one extra snail. They arrived early and still alive. All of them are OK.
They arrived earlier than we thought. So, we didn't track it.
