Greek Spartan Spice Mix Seasoning – Adds Lots of Flavour & Very Tasty with Pretty Much Any Meat
This jar of Greek Spartan spice mix seasoning arrived in a sealed plastic container and holds 180g of seasoning, which is more generous than I had first estimated. The container has two dispensing options, sprinkle or pour lime your standard spice or herb jars, or alternatively you can just unscrew the lid to retrieve a teaspoon of the seasoning as well.The 'Spartan' seasoning is made with 100% natural ingredients without any artificial additives or preservatives, and includes salt, red sweet paprika, garlic, coriander, basil, oregano, black pepper, turmeric, bay leaves, marjoram, thyme and rosemary. The seasoning mix can be used for marinading lots of different meat dishes, but can also be included with stews as well.The seasoning is intended for souvlaki and gyros dishes but the seller also has spice mixes for other dishes like Spanish paella and Greek seasoning for both fish and seafood and tzatziki and spreads. We used the ‘Spartan’ seasoning to rub onto steaks, and both my partner and I were impressed with how much flavour it added to the dish.Priced at £8.39 at the time of reviewing, this is a good-sized container which should last you a while and has a decent expiry date so you don’t have to use it up quickly either. It really does enhance pretty much any meat you put the seasoning on and the flavour that it adds is excellent. I would definitely recommend it and I think the price is good value for money.

In this mix tub, you can find all these spices, such as Salt, garlic, onions, and parsley, and these are the dominant spices in this mix. rapeseed oil, traces of mustard, celery, sesame seeds, nuts, soy, and milk are mild test spices in this mix.The screw-top plastic container ensures that the seasoning is nice and fresh. and the jar has an easy seasoning dual shake and a wing flap lid. The flap cap gives you the option to shake out the spices or pour spices.
