I’m trying to find pads that aren’t toxic also that aren’t too expensive. Now here’s my issue. I suffer from fibroids and polyps which cause extremely heavy bleeding so I also need pads that can help since I’m already dealing with terrible cramps. I used always overnight purple pads but those aren’t the safest when it comes to toxicity. After searching on Amazon I found these and I’m a review reader lol so the reviews had me sold. When i received the pads I looked at them and immediately said “nope won't work.” After opening one and seeing the length I said well maybe. They’re thin which caused me to be hesitant as well. I wore one and immediately felt the difference. They felt clean as in no chemicals and after a few hours although it was full, it didn’t leak. I ordered more and hopefully the price doesn’t go up. These are by far the best pads I’ve used and believe me I’ve tried many.

These are great pads. They are long enough to suit my needs - mine are a little different from most and I need them long, which is hard to find. But these fit the bill. They don't bunch, they are pretty comfy as pads go, and the price for the size is reasonable. I do wish they wouldn't go so overboard on the "organic cotton" marketing - it's just the thin cover and there are a lot of not-so-organic items on the list otherwise. Just take that note if you are swayed by such things. Still, they are good pads.

Part of a trial. I've purchased 5 packs of all the pads with this shape. (Wide Back) This is in my #1. Great coverage! And that's what I'm looking for. I'd been buying U but am not exactly pleased with that brand. I'm looking for one less "Stick To You". U has plastic under the top layer. Today I measured a d really looked at each one. Ironically, I liked all of them. But this one stayed as my favorite, it's the extra long overnight. 6x16.5", also it comes in regular overnight length of 13.8. Both would be excellent. The padding is soft, the all had comparable padding, but RPE has the padding all the way and side to side unlike all the others whose padding remained as a long strip from front to back, only the waterproof liner and one layer of cotton went side to side with all the others. I really like them. They are way longer than I expected, which is good. Thickness is good doesn’t feel like a diaper. A little clumsy to put in place. Need to add they are good. Better than any name brands I’ve used over the years.

I’m so happy I found this brand of pads, the organic top cover really makes a difference to the synthetic stuff. It regulates temperature a lot better, feels much smoother against the skin and the overnight has save many an underwear and bedsheets. It’s super long, comically so, but it has a second set of adhesive at the tail end that keeps it in place. The material absorbs well and I haven’t had issue with leakage. I also use it during the day when I know I’m due to have a heavy flow and won’t have the chance to change out my pad as often as I would like. A new staple for my monthly drawer.

I have been switching to all natural products and live these.

One of the best pads my daughter has bought. It is spectacularly long, super absorbent, and very comfortable and comforting to her confidence in the face of her intense and heavy flows. I’m so glad to have found this.

This is a sanitary pad that my daughters responded positively to first. I liked it so much that I stocked up several packs for my daughter who’s heading to college. It’s thin, soft, and highly absorbent—highly recommended!
