Q: Will this make a 180 degree bend without cracking? Specifically, I am looking to make a bend around a 1/4" mandrel.

The hardness ratio of 6061 aluminum plate is higher, so it cannot bend 180 degrees without breaking. The toughness of 5052 aluminum plate is better than that of 6061, but it cannot bend 180 degrees without breaking.
