I bought this as a bundle: the Hermon Antifungal Soap and the Hermon Jock Itch Antifungal Cream. So I'm doing one review and posting it for both products.The soap works exactly as described. I used it to treat a mild case of jock itch. I’m a 36-year-old male who recently started going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. I also live in the tropics, which I suspect contributed to the issue. I was genuinely surprised that most of the symptoms cleared up by day five after using the soap twice a day. It’s worth noting that I used it along with the cream.What I like about the soap is that it’s medicated with 1% Tolnaftate and not just tea tree oil and other natural ingredients. It comes with two individually wrapped bars and two mesh pouches. The mesh pouches create a lot of foamy lather that helps cover the skin well. My first bar lasted around 12 days with full-body showers twice daily. I plan to use the second bar the same way since it’s recommended to continue treatment for up to three weeks. The soap has a pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering and it doesn’t dry out my skin.As for the cream, I’ve been applying it to my groin after showering with the soap, twice daily. Like I mentioned, my symptoms cleared up by day five. The cream contains 2% miconazole and has a strong smell. It also causes a bit of a tingle for about 10-20 seconds after application. That small 3.4 fl oz jar goes a long way. I’m now on day 13 of using it and it’s still about 85% full. I think it’s great value for money, especially compared to other creams like Lamisil.I highly recommend using both products together.It’s still early to know whether the results will last after I finish the full three-week treatment, but I understand that long-term effectiveness also depends on my habits. Things like showering right after workouts and keeping the area cool and dry are important. I also started using Arm and Hammer’s Sport body powder to help keep my groin dry, since moisture makes it easier for jock itch to return.

UPDATE: My rash is gone and has stayed gone! But there are steps you need to do to make that happen. It's true, you skin will burn when you apply the cream especially if your skin is broken and open from scratching or irritation. Wash it well with a good antibacterial soap and gently dry, very, very well. Then put on a LIGHT layer of the cream so you can get used to the burn. (and it's not horrible, just mega uncomfortable) It helps if you have a blow dryer you can put on "cool" to help the burning sensation but it passes fairly quickly. Then apply more and do it religously, after every shower or sweating event.Once the rash is gone and it will go, keep the area very clean and dry and use a good anti itch powder without fail.My terrible rash under my breasts and stomach is gone, gone, gone! I keep everything dry and powdered and nothing has come back. This cream has been a godsend!I'm a squishy, overweight, old grandma lady who has always battled sweaty under-boobs and a sweaty, under-stomach. Gross right? Much as l try hard to keep these areas clean and try, this summer has been a losing battle. In desperation after trying several different creams and powders l stumbled this miracle cream. ( To me, anyway)As soon as it arrived, l took a shower, dried the area carefully and applied the cream very generously. The other reviewers aren't lying when they tell you it will sting because it does. However, hang in there because the burning eventually lessens as your skin heals. But it will never burn as much as the raw, chapped itchiness from the rash. 3 days later, it's all but gone. This is what l did: Shower daily w/an antibacterial soap and dry gently but very, very well. I've also used my blow dryer set on cool. Then l applied the cream and waited. Repeated the process for the last 3 days and I'm saved! In between the applications, when it started to dry out, l've used GoldBond powder to keep the area dry. Btw, my son is a Dr. and the meds he prescribed for me did zero compared to this cream. l will never be w/out it for the rest of my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I developed a case of ring worm around my groin area in the Fall of 2022. After it didn't go away, I went and started buying anti fungal creams starting in January of 2023. I bought Clotrimazole 1%, Miconazole Nitrate 2% both cream and powder, Butenafine Hydrocholoride 1%, and was even given a prescription of Fluconazole to relieve the redness, itching, you name it. Nothing worked, 2x a day as prescribed, instead it spread to my arm pits, hands...After trying all the active ingredients in Lotrimin, I was giving up hope.I thought I was doomed to red rashes n patches, that only continued to spread. I bought this on 9-12-2023 received it on 9-14-2023. I am using it 2x as I did with all the others, and WOW, I kid you not this stuff works. A rash that I had going on close to a year, that I actively tried to rid myself of since January to no avail, is now GONE. It is 9-23-2023, arm pits no redness, groin area completely white and skin toned. Fingers and hands clean and smooth. I have more than 70% of the container remaining, but to be safe n sound will likely keep applying for peace of mind.I never write reviews, but after spending $80 plus and 9 months of no results, to buy this on sale for $19.99, receive it in 2 days and get results in a few days, complete removal in under 10days is a GOD send. I had to spread the word, if you have tried similar remedies and no removal, rest assured this will do the trick. It says to use for 30days for ringworm, I am at 9 days, after suffering for 1 year with this crap. I hope this provides clarity and reassurance if you are debating on whether to purchase. Don't think twice, a little goes a long way.It does provide a chilling effect in that area, but nothing that hurts or causes pain. When the redness, patches, blotches start to lighten and go away, you will realize the juice was truly worth the squeeze.All The Best!
