I was pleasantly surprised by how powerful the Saker Mini Chainsaw is despite its small size. Great size, light-weight and easy to handle . It's well balanced so easy for even a woman to handle 1 handed. I found it easy to use in tight areas along my fence line. It's far more powerful than I expected. This quickly cut through 4inch saplings. It cut right through mulberry trees that got out of hand ( over 15ft tall) as well as a jungle of 4-5 inch thick grapevines. This quickly cut through trunks that my more expensive one struggled with. I definitely was pushing limits for what it should handle but it held up well. The battery lasted longer than an hour and charged quickly. It came with an extra chain & screwdriver to use to change it , oil and cheap goggles and work gloves. Id probaly use better gloves but was a bonus so can't complain. I haven't tried changing the chain yet and not sure how long it will last but it was a work horse for the past three days and never overheated Yes I'd highly recommend

A company delivered some stuff to my neighbor and broke off several tree limbs on my tree yesterday. I ordered this today, it arrived within a few hours, charged the battery while I ate dinner, and then chopped the tree limbs into little pieces. It worked great and is so much better, faster, easier than breaking it down by hand/handsaw. It does feel slightly flimsy so that's why I gave it 4 stars. Overall I would buy again.

Bought this after having a storm and our evergreen came down. It was nice to be able to trim the branches down to smaller more manageable size to get rid of. It's inexpensive, light weight, easy for even my spouse to use, and came with all the safety goggles, gloves and oil bottle. Charger was quick, easy and effective. The batteries lasted long as well.

It’s super easy to use right out of the box — very lightweight but surprisingly powerful for its size.I’ve used it to trim hedges, cut back small branches, and do general clean-up around the yard. It handled everything with no issues and the battery life is solid for light to medium jobs. I especially like how compact it is — easy to store and quick to grab when I need it.

Man this thing cuts like butter!! It's lightweight, not too big, easy to handle, its durable and has a very strong chain and a spare chain comes in the box too, Along with a glove and oil for thre chain. Its easy to clean and there is a built in little flashlight too. All these trimmings in the pics were done in once charge stright out the box. Im very impressed!

Not for the left handed.First, I love the concept behind this little saw. It is small enough to be used with one hand while the other hand is holding foliage or clearing away debris, and for its size, packs a good punch. It feels as though it is cheaply made, but it is adequate for small pruning jobs. For the price, I thought that as one wore out, I would simply replace it with another.The problem is that I am left handed. The safety button that must be compressed in order to pull the trigger & engage the motor is placed for access by a right handed person’s thumb. A left handed person cannot easily or safely depress the safety button while pulling the trigger in order to start the motor. I tried several different ways, but none were comfortable. More importantly, none of the potential solutions were either workable or felt safe while in the act of actually using the saw for pruning, etc.Unfortunately, because of this design flaw, I will probably end up returning the saw or gift it to a right handed friend.Also of note, the bar & chain oil has to be manually applied via a separate squeeze bottle at the beginning of each cutting session. This does prevent oil leakage from a built-in reservoir, but a purchaser should be aware of this feature before buying.
