These are a mom must have! I put these in my babies bottle everyday once a day. Because of these, she is never constipated. I notice if I do not use them for a few days she gets backed up and right when I put them in her bottle, warning 5 minutes after finishing she will poop! Very easy to use as well, you just squeeze the top of the bottle to get the drops out. Overall this gives my baby constipstion relief and keeps her regular!

This helps my baby on the days where she’s backed up a bit which is nice to provide some comfort. It comes with the little plastic “syringe” which makes it all super easy to use. Nice always having an extra back around when we run out in the middle of the night.

Seems to work and tastes better than Mylicon.

These really helped my babies gas! She started burping, farting and spitting up less after the simethicone. As a result she was crying so much less in the evenings and after eating. I would give it to her right before nursing her so that she was less likely to spit it up. I started her on this at 1-month about 4-5 times a day and at 4-months I basically never use it now that her digestive system has matured. She can now burp and fart on her own! These really helped my baby - I hope it helps yours.

I'm an adult, and I use these for myself because the adult over the counter gas/bloating remedies that contain simethicone (the main ingredient) are filled with food colorings and preservatives. This product has no food colorings and less preservatives in general. I just up the dose so that the amount of simethicone I get is close to what an adult simethicone product recommends. So far, I've gotten the same results as any other simethicone product I've used, which is to say that it does help lower gas and bloating.

These work sometimes, but not every time. It’s really hit or miss, but always worth a try. Not expensive, which is nice, and they don’t taste bad from what I can tell. Tummy relief can be minimal sometimes, while other times it’s perfect.
