Great quality and worth paying for
This is a long-life piece of kit, but make sure you buy the 18mm version as imaged, as the smaller one is a bit dangerous to use owing to blade flex.

Good solid knife
Well made, as you would expect from Irwin,bit fiddly getting blade storage in handle , used it for cutting wallpaper, wheel at the front can be a nuisance, but you get used to it
