Compact and Keeps the Sink Open
LOVE but the door is a little crooked for some reason. Not causing any problems so far so I won’t knock a star off for it. Easy set up and I surprisingly like the bucket water setup.

I love this countertop dishwasher
I bought this counter top dishwasher thinking “oh i’ll give it a shot” and I loved it. It worked quite well for the amount of dishes me and my boyfriend used. Then i started having problems with it and emailed customer service- we went through a few things without success. But we decided that the item was defective and are paying for the dishwasher. The customer service was very responsive with my emails. I was happy with the outcome of my experience with them. I liked having this dishwasher so much that I have bought another one. I would recommend this unit to anyone that wants a small portable dishwasher.

The best compact/portable dishwasher
One of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I live in a tiny studio and the kitchen area doesn’t have enough height allowance for most counter dishwashers but this one fit perfectly. It’s also fairly sizable, I had the farberware portable dishwasher before and this one fits more dishes width wise than that one but is a similar height inside and is overall shorter.I also don’t have hookups or a sink with a compatible faucet head to hook up to yet so it’s super helpful that you can fill the provided bucket with water for it to use. The hose used to fill the dishwasher is great, it has a filter at the end and it’s generally weighted/flexible enough that it’ll fit nicely into and actually stay in whatever water collection method you use so you don’t absolutely have to use the provided bucket if something else might suit you better. It cleans so well that more often than not I can use the rapid clean option. Which is great because obviously since it’s small you can’t fit too many dishes but you can get a lot washed in a shorter amount of time. Now this might be wasteful but I don’t find regular dishwasher detergent to give sufficient cleaning power but luckily pods are compatible with this dishwasher and I use cascade platinum plus pods (which I also recommend). The cons are as followed:It was a little bit of work to set up. The general set up is straightforward but I had some random issues. They provide you with a plug for you to twist onto where the hookup hose would go if you’re not going to use it, problem was that you have to keep trying till you find the specific amount of tightness it needs otherwise water will leak from it. On the first use it majorly over-suded and it leaked quite a lot. I thought maybe it was not compatible with the pods and despaired but after running a rinse cycle I’ve been able to use pods no problem. I just think it’d be nice of the manufacturer to mention to run a rinse cycle before actually using it and that the plug is a bit sensitive to how much it needs to be twisted on. If I hadn’t decided to give it a few more chances I would’ve just sent it back right away it was leaking so much and seemingly defective.Lastly and mainly why I didn’t give it 5 stars… I absolutely hate the rack it comes with. It would’ve been much better had all the dividers been straight up and some able to hinge downward for more room instead of the absolute chaos that they are in. Fitting dishes in is not straightforward because of how weird the dividers are set up. Also I know there needs to be gaps for the water to actually shoot up and clean but there’s some massive gaps and since you’re using a small dishwasher you probably have small dishes and they’re going to fall through and block the bottom spinning cleaner. I resorted to fitting my compact ovens rack onto the dishwasher rack so there’s actually some stability for dishes to get cleaned but not fall through. If I wasn’t able to use my oven rack I would’ve had to purchase another rack online to work with the given one. I do like the utensil rack/cage provided though.Overall this is the best compact/portable dishwasher I’ve purchased to date and has made my life way easier. I 100% recommend. I just hate that rack.

Excellent and fits on smaller counters than almost all others
I spent hours searching amazon and other sites for a dishwasher that would fit under our countertops - all I could find were 0.5cm too tall or more... except for this one. It took a while to arrive, but it was incredibly easy to set up, no leaks, used a standard sink countertop-dishwasher converter, and has been working well for the past month we've been using it.

Great counter top dish washer
Luv it, luv it , luv it ! It works great. Can be hooked to faucet or not which makes it very portable. Which it was bigger so ir could hold more bigger so it would hold more but then it probably wouldn’t fit on my counter, LOL if you thought about getting one I highly recommend this one for small spaces and camping!

**update** returned item
I'm using(seperately) dirty labs dishwasher detergent and arm n hammer powder detergent just to see what works best. So far I'm down to about 1 teaspoon per load and that's still not rinsing fully, even after 3 full normal cycles (2 without soap). I got this thinking I would save time and water, so far that is not the case. I'm going to give it a week to fine tune soap adjustments before deciding if this product is going to be a keeper.PROS: I don't have to stand at the sink and wash everything.Heats water and fans the dishes dry. Glass and porcelain dry better than plastics but that's typical.CONS: The rack has big gaps so I can't actually load all the cups or bottles properly as they won't stand up on their own.The detergent takes 3 cycles to rinse off and I'm usually left washing by hand afterwards anyway because I can taste soap residue. The machine is as loud as a window unit ac.I still have to stand at the sink and wash everything that can't fit or stand on its own in the dishwasher. Butter knives, bottles cups, cup lids..The rack design could be better, possibly adding rack posts that lay down or stand up as needed to support different dishes would be great. Or having a section to properly lay butter knives.**update**I was contacted by the seller who offered a refund after I left my initial review, they asked for me to email their unlisted email contact to initiate a refund. I felt this was a bit unconventional as a prime member.Anyway the soaps just don't get rinsed off properly. I used less than 1/3 teaspoon of powder detergent and it would not rinse off. I can't justify keeping this if it's not rinsing well and I'm having to run multiple plain water cycles just to have to hand wash everything again. It didn't save time, water or energy. Sent it back. I did notice that the soap residue is not as bad on glass, porcelain, or metal dishes.

Great washer for those with no plumbing!
The media could not be loaded. I chose this washer because I didn’t want to pay to have more plumbing work done. Thus works easily with 2 buckets. I’m so happy with my purchase. Initial run through on Normal mode was great: no leaks, no excessive noise, easily programmed. I’m very pleased and can’t wait to try the other modes.UPDATE: video shows how I set up my washer on a wall without plumbing. So easy!
