Well I don't have any fancy tools to test the battery trade and verify that this is indeed a 1200 milliamp hour battery, this is the direct replacement for my PSP it had no issues plugging in, or being detected by the PSP.I haven't gone through a whole session that killed the battery, but I would say that these very much remind me of what I had when I was a kid using this PSP, mean the battery life should be relatively the same.

I bought these on October, Fully charged them , worked fine for a few days let them be, came back to play my console it was dead! Charged it over night , & Suprise Suprise Still Dead ! Batteries are Duds!

These batteries are awesome, they have a long lasting charge and fit my 3000 perfectly.

If you're still into the PSP after all this time, you're probably looking to buy some extra batteries, as the original cells won't last forever. These batteries fit well in my PSP-3000 (no issues with the cover closing) and in my testing I got between four and five hours of battery life playing games off of the memory stick at medium brightness - one step below maximum. Playing UMD games will reduce that, but most people these days play games off of the stick over the UMD drive to save wear on the drive.Recommended if you need some spare batteries for your 2000 or 3000 model PSP.

Exactly what I ordered
