I would like to say that these are the worst tasting sunflower seeds that I have ever had . But, that would be a lie ( only so no one else would buy them and I would have unlimited supply. ) these are fantastic !!! Not to spicy at all they have the right amount of seeetness to go along with that little bite of heat.

You won’t be disappointed! So delicious! My new go to snack!
Perfect flavor and perfect heat. The only downside is I can’t stop eating them. It now my favorite sunflower seed snack! And I have it on auto delivery. But warning don’t drink water after indulging because you will then definitely feel the heat. So delicious!

The flaver is GREAT, the amount of lower quality seed filteering, is not.
I love the flavor of these seeds (Sweet and Spicy), but I am forced to review each one for defects prior to consumption as too many have defective tasting seeds in with the rest (old, bitter tasting, etc.).
