I ordered this phone a couple weeks ago and it's amazing, I usually wait to test it out before giving reviews. I really love it, it arrived 3 days earlier than expected, clean, no scratches, technically brand new, my wife wants one as well now, hopefully they have another one

The phone iner folding screen is not working
I purchased this phone in March of this year, and after just six months of use, the inner foldable screen suddenly stopped working. Without any apparent reason, a line appeared on the screen, rendering it unusable. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer for over five years, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. For a phone that costs $1,400, it’s unacceptable for it to last only five months. To make matters worse, the repair cost for the inner screen is $800, bringing the total repair cost to nearly $1,200. I would not recommend this phone, as it seems to be of poor quality, and the warranty offers little to no support. On top of that, there's no reliable way to contact the seller for assistance. Save your money and avoid this product.

The phone works perfectly. It had minor scratches on the casing and hinge, easily covered with a case. Good buy.

Mailed the wrong charger (iPhone charger). A few dings and scratches on the sides of the z fold 5 but both screens and back glass had no scratches and where in pristine condition.

I purchased this Feb 2024 and it going on a year. I have no complaints. My phone is Awesome. 1tb is great storage capacity. There were no scratches on my phone. My screen is still in top notch. The battery last all day and charges quick. I do believe I got a better deal on here then with tmobile. My money went a long way with this purchase. I was able to use my Affirm to pay monthly. No down-payment either. Phone companies wanted to much. So glad I went this route.
