This product came a day earlier than expected which was perfect. It is amazing quality and it looks so good up. Will be buying another one for another picture we have!

Great value and nice design
Unfortunately our first frame arrived with damage to one corner, which looked like it had happened before it had been packed, as the outer packaging was undamaged and the frame was very well wrapped in bubble wrap. However, The Frame Company were very quick to put this right and quickly sent a replacement, which was fine. So great customer service from them. The design of the frame is very nice. I wouldn't say it is the most robust frame, but for the money it is excellent value and looks great

Wrong colour frame sent twice
I ordered the antique gold frame,twice received a black frame on both occasions. . The second ones’sglass was broken. So I’ve given up. Shame,as it’s a nice frame.
