This thing is really easy to install and solid as a rock. Assuming your doorframes are strong.I love that you can install it and still close the door if you want. Just leave it installed.I attached some rings to this too so I can do some inverted rows at home.I can recommend.

Absolutely love it. Took me a second to figure out how to install it (do I look like I read instructions?) but was able to get it firmly fixed inside my bedroom doorway. Need it for spine decompression as I get severe lower back pain and it’s able to hold my nearly 115kg self effortlessly. Very good build quality. Brilliant value for money compared to similar items. Easy enough to install and easily removable with no damage. Very good functionality and good non-slip on the sides. Just make sure it’s 100% level using the built in spirit levels and you’re good to go.

I was looking for something to hang stuff from. A sturdy and safe uten that will stay. The space was a bit wider than a door frame so this is perfect.When I realized that the grey covers was the key to success it was very easy to set up.
