This stuff is delicious! When I was a kid I loved a different brand of sausage stick. I don’t know if that brand changed or if my taste buds did but it is not appealing to me any longer. However, this Old Wisconsin brand is so good. The texture is great and the flavor is fantastic. It is smoky but not overly so and I love having a go-to bit of protein that is not sweet. I keep these around pretty much all the time for a quick protein snack.

These are much better than the turkey ones. This one also has an excellant taste and expiration date compared to the turkey. I will be getting the beef from now on.

Hen I started buying these they were so tasty but as I bought more the ones I received were full of grease. You bite into one and it was like biting into a pure grease stick. Yuck

Previously I purchased the twisted beef sticks from Old Wisconsin, the ones that come in a small tub. Those were pretty awful, full of fat and mushy. These on the other hand are great, pure beef, soft but not mushy and simply delicious. If you are trying to decide between the two these are the ones to get. Don't forget to put them in the fridge because they do mold quickly otherwise.

These are very good tasting stix. Better than any thing else i've tried. Priced well compared to our products.
