Provides Excellent insights into how google approaches people management. Contains several tips and techniques for various aspects of talent development with a number of anecdotes and examples. Overall an easy to read essential book that must be in every manager’s bookshelf.

A really interesting read - the description of the principles, combined with real life examples, and rounded out by very practical 'how to' guidance makes for a very useful book for anyone in any business.

I have enjoyed reading this but found the last section a bit harder to stay focused

Fascinating - I am going to try to live up to it and put it in practice with my team. Question is, should I buy it for my boss???

Read the book and strive to be more couragious!!! This works - but you have to work on it every day!! I feel like a student again :-))

Great read and learn alot about Transactional Analysis

The concepts in the book are worth 5 stars. But the book is too long, seems to repeat itself too much and perhaps the structure can be improved.Most top business book make the information far more accessible.If you can make the effort to read it you'll find the information is good.
