Size matters here!
Cautiously optimistic yet wary of the non-stick feature, I took a chance buying this roaster to replace my stainless one that was "lost" in a move (stolen, actually, but a whole other story).First use: Thanksgiving dinner. I told my (then) 17-yr-old son to get the biggest turkey he could find at our local market (we live in a small town). He returned with a BEAST! Imagining it could have taken down a sheep in its day, I was somewhat vexed wondering if my new roasting pan would collapse from sheer fright. To my amazement and delight, this roaster effortlessly took on the task:• in the oven over 9+ hours - not even a hint of warping;• ZERO wobble when removing from/returning to the oven for basting;• the curved rack (included) is suspiciously sturdy, like - what is this thing made of?!• removing the rack from the pan was ridiculously uneventful given the size of its cargo;• to say cleanup was easy is an understatement: after a 2-minute soak, I could practically wipe the pan clean.Next use: Christmas dinnerIt was after this dinner when my fabulous roaster met its demise... 😞While prepping after-dinner beverages and applying the final touches to dessert, my mom wanted to help so I asked if she'd mind doing the last few pans that'd been soaking, thus freeing up the sink. She asked what to use, knowing how fussy I am about my cookware, to which I replied with very specific instructions. After a beautiful holiday was had by all, my guests departed and the house was quiet. I poked around the kitchen, not really intending to accomplish much - and that's when it dawned on me: my mom used Barkeeper's on ALL of the pans - including my new roaster 😳As I gasped for air, I could've sworn I heard William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy in the background, and that oh-so-logical voice saying "It's dead, Jim."Patches, where the non-stick coating wasn't, now taunted me menacingly...Valuable lessons were learned that day:1) Covet your cookware. How much someone loves you matters not when they are tasked with cleaning it. Someone WILL destroy something if you invite them to do so.2) If loved ones want to help, assign suitable tasks.3) Take advantage of every opportunity to cherish your loved ones. Pans are replaceable. Loved ones are not. 🫠💕Afterthoughts:The pan was not salvageable. Once the non-stick coating was breached, it began bubbling and peeling.Knowing her heart was in the best place, I would never mention this to my mom.

Hassle Free Replacement
I was hesitant replacing my roasting pan, but it is very old and I hated cleaning it (soaking, scrubbing repeat). I had to replace the wire rack I used to use with it and was only going to buy just a rack. To replace the rack was almost the same cost as replacing both. I saw this item during my search and after reading all the reviews and hoping the size would be big enough, took a chance - and I'm glad I did! I always cook a 24 - 26 Lb. turkey, and it fit just fine in the pan (my first concern). The best part of the whole thing - cleanup! What a dream it was to just take a regular dishcloth and wash the pan, NO SCRUBBING, NO BURNING, NO STICKING!!! I was able to wash the pan and the rack quickly and with great ease. So far the pan has held up, I've noticed no chipping or changes to the coating of the pan. I found the handles on this pan much easier to use than my old roaster and this pan fits in my oven much easier, yet the size works well for me (not too small). I think the pan and rack were a good value.Update: This pan has turned into a disappointment. After very little use (maybe 5 times), the surface is coming off and rusting has appeared. I’ve only washed this pan by hand without any type of abrasive. I’m really disappointed with this pan now.I contacted the company on-line, filled out a brief form and about 6 weeks later I had a brand new pan delivered to my house no questions asked. I reread the instructions that came with the new pan to see if I missed anything in the original care instructions, which I don't think I did. I'm curious to try my new pan and see how it holds up.

Clean up is easy
This roasting pan looks nice and cleans up easy. It is scratch resistant and works well. The roaster capacity was big enough to roast a 12 lb turkey and still have room. There was also room underneath the rack to add vegetables to make a good broth for my gravy. The roaster and the rack both have sturdy handles making it easy to carry.

Good product
Used to cook a 10 lb prime rib. Plenty of space. Used in both smoker at 225 for about 4 hours, then in an oven to finish at 400 for about 15 minutes. Easily cleaned up and ready for the next roast.

Great pan! More than a good buy, it works well!
I bought this pan for my mother in law who didn't have a real roasting pan for some reason, making last year's Christmas turkey hard to maneuver into and out of the oven. This pan is not the one I originally wanted but I'm glad I ended up with it. I really like how the rack hooks onto the sides of the pan rather than sitting on feet on the bottom of the pan. It doesn't slide around. It doesn't mar the finish on the bottom of the pan. And it makes Tom Turkey easy to move around! The pan was very flat and rested easily on two burners of her smooth top range for making gravy. The size is just right for a turkey or a large roast and the rack was easy to clean. The handles were very easy to use with big loops that made it easy to grab them wearing oven mitts or with silicone mitts (we tried both). You can easily spend a lot more on a roasting pan, but this one has every good attribute needed. The way the rack sits on the sides of the pan really impressed me because it made the rack so easy to clean! I would definitely buy it again.

Small
Will only hold a smaller bird, or mabe a breast. Good quality though.

Sturdy and easy to clean
This is the first roasting pan I have owned. In the past, I used the cheap aluminum disposable pans from the grocery store to make my Thanksgiving turkey. NEVER AGAIN!This pan made transfering the turkey out of the oven for basting and temp checks a stable and uneventful event (no spillage or risk of the bird shifting). The handles on the internal rack made it easy to remove the bird from the pan and then use the pan to make gravy.I realized a positive ROI (return on investment) on this pan the first time I used it! I look forward to many years of enjoying this pan, not just for the Thanksgiving turkey.
