Using Lightburn software (paid, but with a generous 30-day free trial), I imported an image, set the burn power to 85%, and watched in amazement as the laser meticulously etched the design into the wood in under four minutes. This Laser worked for about 3 weeks. With out changing a thing the laser and motor stopped working. I tried all the trouble shooting listed for the Item. Tried resetting the machine and UN-installed and reinstalled the software. No response. Contacted Amazon tech, no help, contacted seller which gave me the run around and wanted me to email them directly to China with a video of a machine that does not move. I do not give my email address to everyone especially overseas. Correspondence stopped and the seller and Amazon don't care. Now I am stuck with a $200 piece of junk sitting in my garage. I guess I have no recourse and bite the bullet. Shame I always had luck buying from Amazon, now I am skeptical.

This is my first laser engraver and wanted to start off with something thats not too expensive. This was very reasonably priced compared to some others.The packaging was very good and secure to prevent damage from shipping. Each part was secure and fit tightly in foam slots.Assembly instructions are decent but its best to watch the video as its a lot more easier and faster to follow the steps in the video vs reading instructions.Once assembled, its ready to go! Totally love the speed and performance and the engraving is of stellar quality!Comes with everything you need to get started with, including safety goggles and some blanks.Very happy with this product!
