It looks easy to transfer loaves to a baking sheet, but without the transfer peel, it's taking a risk to having that perfect looking loaf.

Apparently this was a game changer for my husband’s baguettes. He’s thrilled with it, so I am thrilled as well. It’s really lightweight and doesn’t take up much space. The ideal little board for bread people.

I just got this yesterday and used it today. The dough slid right off onto the oven steel. I had one that my husband made for me out of plywood, that loaf stuck and was a mess. I'm here to buy another one. It is the smooth surface and beveled edge that makes this peel superior.
