Is 12 packs 20g in total?

There are twelve sheets in the pack totaling a weight of 20g according to the package. I didn't have a scale to check but I used sheets assuming they were 1.667g each and it worked out just fine for my recipe.

Can I use these to make gummy bears

Yes. It is medium bloom gelatin ( I forgot the number) and works well with gummy bears.

This Sheet gelatin is made from pork.
