Q: Does it dispense glue under a carpet bubble?

I would think this would work. But you could only use it once cause I don't think it would wash clean.

Q: If I use this syringe for automotive applications...(gasoline, antifreeze & oil) will it hold up and will those fluids degrade it for future re use??

It seems to be made of pretty thick plastic which you can see thru. I would think oil would be fine and maybe antifreeze but do you think gasoline would eat the rubber stopper that slides up and down. I guess you could try it there are two.

Q: What size is the end of the syringe or the internal diameter of the tubing?

The internal dia. of the tubing is approx. 6-7mm.
