I really use this to pull myself up, out of a tall bed. Bad knees and it steadies me. I'm 80, 220 lbs and this is very sturdy. Good for seniors.

I was very disappointed with the Vive Health Multi Room Stand Assist. The product comes with multiple parts labeled with letters to guide assembly, but I received two identical parts labeled “C” instead of one “C” and one “D.” Because of this mistake, the holes on those parts do not align properly, which prevents the rest of the structure from aligning as well. This makes the entire product unusable. It’s frustrating to receive something defective right out of the box, especially from a brand I expected more from.

This is a very stable metal product that allows a person to stand, holding onto the top and locking the knees. Should be used with somebody else to maintain stability.

Instructions are a little confusing to follow and even though acres are tight, still seems a bit loose

After looking at the ones that fit under the mattress, and the fact that my husband is a big, heavy man, they looked as though they would not stay in place for him to get up. This is very sturdy and moveable so that he now uses it to help get up from his chair. I will get another one if the need arises.

With osteoarthritis everywhere, it so hard for me to stand up. I was always trying to spring up then wait for my knees to support so I could walk. Now I grab this and stand with less pain fully supported. My house is too small to keep a rollator handy. This works great. Lots of assembly but tools included.

White this item appears that it would provide assistance to stand from a chair, it likely only meets that need when the person has strong arms. My elderly father-in-law has no arm strength, so he was not able to "push' his body upward to stand. He could only hold onto the bars, which does nothing to bring one to a standing position. The item is not held firmly to the floor and offers no stability on its own. Not for those who are weak.

I'm glad I had a guy friend to put this together! The holes were filled in the wrong side of 2 of the pieces & he had to drill new holes plus, the bolts that came with the stand weren't long enough & he had to go buy longer bolts to finish putting it together.
