I absolutely love this heated eye mask! I suffer from frequent styes, and this has made a huge difference in my comfort and healing. The heat is gentle but effective, and the adjustable strap makes it easy to wear. It warms up quickly, stays at a steady temperature, and feels very soothing.Highly recommend this if you deal with eye strain, styes, or dry eyes it’s become a daily essential for me!

This heated mask is a wonderful addition to my management of dry eye and awakening ptosis (the sealing shut of one's eyes after a few hours of sleep). I use the highest level of heat for 15 minutes morning and night. It's both soothing and "eye opening." To clean, I use face wipes designed to remove makeup to remove eye drop residue that spreads to the mask. Being able to plug the mask in right next to my bed makes it far more convenient and effective than eye masks that must be heated in a microwave

This little eye mask is perfect. I don’t see why some people reviewed it saying it was uncomfortable. The strap is very adjustable. I feel like I have a large head with a lot of hair and it fits perfectly for me. It’s a very comfortable mask. I love that the timer can be set for up to 60 minutes. I had lasik that did not work and gave me dry eye. My doctor recommended heated eye masks. I’ve tried some in the past, but you couldn’t take off the cover to wash it. I like too that this has a long enough cord so you can lay in bed. The temperatures are spot on. And you can spray it with water so you get some extra moisture which I also like. Altogether I find this a superior product, highly recommend.

Since everything I read about dry eyes suggests that the highest heat setting you should use on your eyes is around 113 to 115°. I’m confused by with this goes higher than that. I also have inadvertently left it on and when I get up in the middle of the night, I believe I am seeing The internal wires. It’s so weird almost like a hallucination. Take it off get up to go to the bathroom and I see like mesh something which is weird

I order the Mutilplx Heated Eye Mask to help with severe dry eyes. The Mutilplx Heated Eye Mask I ordered heated up fast and was comfortable and adjustable. It almost came as advertised. The 1 issue I had with it was that the eye mask timer did not work. If I set the timer for a 15 minute therapy session it may stay on for 2 to 5 minutes if that long before it randomly cut itself off. Sometimes when it powers off I would have to unplug it and plug it in again before it would power back on. I contacted Amazon through their return process and I requested a replacement because I really liked the comfort and adjustability and the fact that it heated up quickly. My new mask arrived a day or 2 later but to my surprise, it was not a new mask. The package was sealed but the Eye mask in the box was not packaged like the 1st one I ordered and when I looked closer at the mask, there was someone's hairs on it, several of them. I have no words to express how disappointed and disgusted I am. I requested a refund through the Amazon return process

Who knew I needed this so much! Great for those struggling with a loss of estrogen causing dry eyes. Eye Dr told me this week that these masks are great to help our eyes!

I go this to help reduce the stress on my eyes due to continues screen time (mobile or laptop). A good product a worth a buy for those tired eyes.It comes with a very comfortable strap which is fundamental for keeping this on for extended times. Also, this is adjustable which ensure this can be used by all.It comes with heat and timer options. I prefer this to not be so hot so 3 modes make is ideal for people with preferences. I keep this on for 15min every night and feel very relaxed. Nice product and worth a try.

Tried this eye mask in December '24 and it quit working by August '25 ~ just stopped heating. I liked many things about it, mainly that it gets good and hot and the timer goes up to 30 minutes ~ it takes a lot to get the built up oils in my glands to release. A problem I had with it is it felt like there were two little hard squares pushing on my eyeballs ~ my eyes are swollen and a bit bulged as a result of my issues and the mask pressure made them uncomfortable. Loosening the tension on the strap didn't help this because then it wouldn't stay firmly in place. Also the cord is a pain and too short if you wear it to sleep and are trying to get situated it can pull you back. Would appreciate a different fabric than the bright cheap blue velvet, but that wouldn't be a game changer really if the mask continued to work. So, it's just okay and if you don't mind throwing things away and getting a new one, it's a pretty good price ~ but I won't be buying it again. Back on the hunt for the perfect mask.
