Good buy. Won’t be disappointed.
Perfect all terrain hoverboard. Bought for use by my 13 yr old son who wanted something to get around on Rougher terrain. It has been great for its purpose. He’s 6’ and 140lbs and no issues with weight or slowing down. Would buy again.

Great Customer Service Support
My kids love the hoverboard. But I wanted to come and write a review honestly about the GoTrax customer service support. About 2 and 1/2 months after having the hoverboard, it died on us and the charger would not work. I contacted GoTrax support and was working with one of their representatives, Fiona. She was very responsive and gave me step-by-step directions on what I needed to do to process a replacement. She was timely with her emails, respectful, and ultimately was able to help get us a brand new hoverboard. Things happen to equipment, but the process was much more pleasant because of her customer service support.

Responsive and well balanced
This is well balanced. Easy for kids to get the hang of. Give your kid a sweeper, a Swifter or vacuum while they are riding this thing in the house and your floors will be clean in no time!

GoTrax customer service stepped up and made me a believer
My daughter loved it but it was a Christmas present (bought in Dec) so she didn’t get to ride it much due to winter. She got about 6-8 months of use out of it (not daily) and didn’t ride it much this past winter. She pulled it out the first chance she had but the battery is bad. It’s a 1 yr warranty which we were just a couple months past and you cannot replace the battery, you have to replace the whole hoverboard.UPDATE: after posting a review the company did reach out to acknowledge the time frame of expired warranty and offered to exchange so I do commend them for stepping up and providing exceptional customer service. I would recommend trying this company out.
