Although this should, tsa do have a nasty record of confiscating non-dangerous, legal and permissive items even in checked in bags as many claims so it can be sold either to the government or ebay to foolish buyers who don't mind being ripped off. As if the government cant steal enough property, they need to take peoples tools. So I wouldn't bother taking that chance to give a shmuck a possible opportunity.

Where is the glass breaker?

The "glass breaker" is a tiny protrusion on the curved end of the tool, which you can't see in the picture.

The company is based in Oregon and I believe all are American made.

How sharp is the knife part?

Sharp enough to open packages. I wouldn’t really call it a knife, more a narrow edge.
