We bought two white Adirondack chairs and liked them so much we bought 4 more. One of the chairs had minor issues which led us to contacting their customer service. They were extremely quick in responding and addressed our issues to our complete satisfaction. Their customer service is probably the best we’ve ever had with Amazon products and that’s really saying something. As far as the chairs, we are very satisfied with the quality, appearance, and comfort. They are easy to assemble and fold up with ease. The HDPE material appears solid and well made. We found the price very good, especially for the quality of the chair. We definitely recommend these chairs and will certainly purchase more products from this company.

Order received with components well packed. Hardware is of good quality and instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Assembly was easy. Recommend to assemble on a worktable or bench.Units look great on our patio and are comfortable. Folding feature is nice to be able to move the chairs as needed.

I didn't assemble them personally but was told they assembled very easily. The quality is great and they are very nice looking. They store very easily but I have ample space in my garage. I love the size and they are extremely comfortable. They are durable and I think will weather well outside.

These chairs are terrific. It’s not like the cheap ones that you can get at Lowe’s. It looks very much and feels very much like the Amish chairs that are over $300 each. They were easy to put together. Fold up pretty easily and because of the material, I’m sure they will last us a long time.

I love that these fold up for storage. Easy to put together and they feel nice and sturdy. Was pleased I could get them in navy blue too! The only negative is the cup holders. They feel flimsy and one just won't stay attached, keeps falling off. Doesn't really take away from the chairs but took off a star.

Based on initial quality, I am honestly shocked. They seem exceptionally well made from a pre-drilled holes perspective. The first thing I want to State is if you order more than two, these things come in boxes of two so don’t be surprised if you get boxes on different days. Secondly unless you are just crazy, don’t use the tools included unless you have to. The included hex wrench and open face wrench are painful and inefficient to use at Best. I did the first chair of four with these and it took me almost 40 minutes and nearly gave me carpal tunnel. However, with a ratchet or a pair of ratchets, I used one with a 5/32 hex head and then I used a 10 mm socket on the other. My last chair I completed in 13 minutes and 30 seconds. Yes my wife thinks I’m a dork. The instructions are actually really good. Organize your pieces and go for it. Make sure on step one you keep the triangle support pieces on the outside. Also make sure when you attach the front rail and the step six locking blocks that the larger holes are on the outside so you can more or less counter sink your screws. Other than that be careful not to over tighten. You can get these things pretty snug however just be wary. So far, I’m pretty happy. I will report back and update if I see them warping in the sun once I put them around our fire pit. Also these suckers do fold up. I wasn’t aware of that when I purchased them so that’s a nice feature. Four of them fold up into about the size of one opened chair.The only thing that I would suggest to the manufacturer if they read these is to potentially add an additional washer and nut. I am going to estimate that some people will build these outside and the opportunity for these to get lost is probably high. Many manufacturers will throw in an extra small screw, etc. just in case. I think for a couple of cents, you could provide some peace of mind especially to the tune of ~100 bucks a chair.
