A very nice product, easy to fit if you are of average intelligence, from reading some of the reviews I doubt they qualified above an amoeba if they struggled with this. Well made. Looks nice.

This product is very good for the cost. The thumb turn and lock were both included. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for one thing. The joining bar is too long for a standard 35mm door. It wasn’t adjustable so had to cut it with a hacksaw, which when you have a lot of doors to hang, it’s a little time consuming. It is a minor problem. Once fitted it’s great quality. Only fitted today so can’t comment on longevity, but don’t foresee any issues. Would buy again.

Waited a year to have a lock fitted on bathroom door and this took about 15 mins to fit , is very neat and a very good looking lock

I purchased this because it came with all the pieces, ie a complete set.The barrel lock piece that fits inside the door was the only item that had instructions and there were several bits supplied that I could not find any use for.It's relatively easy to fit, if you are a DIYer, however, it's quite a tight mechanism, when fitted and turned to lock/unlock. I hope things will loosen up as it is used over the coming time.It seems to be robust and looks good when fitted.

Excellent service and product

Everything fine. Note that the spindle is only 5 mm square (normal door handles are I think 8 mm) . I knew I needed a longer spindle due to the doors thickness but thought I had one from a discarded door. Unfortunately it was the 8mm variety. My bad.

Would have been 5 stars if it had come with some instructions. Luckily I'm an ex engineer and it proved reasonably easy to sort it out.
