Poor quality, limited availability of refills
Be aware that while this seems like a good option to reduce plastic waste, the quality of the pump dispenser on this bottle is very poor. Body wash wells up around the pump with each use, oozing down the side of the bottle. Additionally, the refill pouches for the black pepper body wash are frequently out of stock on Amazon and when they are unavailable, Amazon does not make the page available so you cannot choose to be notified once they do become available. The price of the pouches off Amazon is $40 with a $15 shipping cost (that I was able to find) which means you end up paying nearly as much for a refill as you would purchasing a new “infinity bottle”. The refills are, of course, also plastic so the environmental benefits of this are questionable at best.

Is this a 'seconds' product?
I love Molton Brown. So much that I am willing to pay a lot of money to buy the reusable bottle and soap, which costs at least 10x as much as an average product. I'm super disappointed to find that when I use this pump, the soap also comes out around the screw-on lid, which makes a mess and wastes the expensive product inside.
