Great for Softer, Fluffier Homemade Bread
I got this wheat gluten to enhance my homemade bread dough, and it has been a game-changer! It’s much more cost-effective than buying bread flour (remove 1 teaspoon of flour per cup and replace it with 1 teaspoon of gluten). The result is noticeably softer and fluffier bread. It’s especially useful when working with whole wheat flour, which can often yield dense loaves. By adding some of this gluten (check the recommended ratio on Google), you can achieve a light, airy texture without needing to mix in any white flour at all. I highly recommend it for home bakers!

Great Gluten
Works as advertised, I add 1 tablespoon of gluten to one cup of 100% whole wheat pastry flour and the bread is perfect. Bread, dinner rolls, but not for biscuits.

Truly improved our bread
My wife likes to make bread using her bread machine. We live pretty close to the Atlantic Ocean. My wife’s bread initially was not turning out well. It just didn’t rise as well as it should. We researched and found out that if we added some gluten, it would improve the bread making experience. This product worked. We now have a very nice bread with my wife makes it. So yes, I recommend this product.

Good stuff
I had a lot of normal flour that I wanted to make bread with but it wasn't working that well in my bread maker. Adding one tablespoon of this per 1 cup of flour did the trick. Perfect bread now.
