NO GLARE--Unbeatable for a bright room or outdoor TV
First, the bad: the Samsung operating system on this TV is horrible. I bought a Fire TV Stick 4k Max for it after just a week or two because the Samsung Tizen OS is super slow and doesn't have some basic streaming apps available (like NBA TV). With the Fire Stick 4k Max remote, you can power this TV on and off, adjust volume, and the Art Mode still works. My TV is a 2022 model so I don't know if the new Frame TV's have an operating system that is at least tolerable.I bought this TV for outdoor use. It is on my screened-in porch and I could not be happier. There is zero glare and that alone makes the Frame the best TV for outdoor use or a bright room. I started with a Hisense U7 because I read that it had a bright picture that was good for overcoming glare. It is true that a bright TV can overcome glare if you are watching a show that constantly has bright images--but as soon as you watch a darker scene in your show or movie, you will still see every light in your room reflected on the screen. For some reason, the Frame is the only TV I've seen that has a matte finish on the screen; all other TV's have a glossy finish that acts as a mirror when it comes to reflecting light. If you don't believe me, just go to Best Buy and compare the Frame to all their other TV's--the Frame is the only one where you won't see the bright Best Buy lights in the screen.I hate glare and find it annoying in even a relatively dimly lit room. If money was no object, I would replace my other TV's with the Frame just to eliminate the glare. Some reviews on the Frame say the picture is not as clear or sharp due to the matte finish, but it looks great to me. I guess that even if there was a trade off on the picture, I would still prefer the Frame due to the complete lack of glare. I have string lights around my patio, and even at night you can't see the bulbs reflected in the screen at all. About the only way you will see any glare is if the sun is shining directly on the screen (like shortly before sunset when the sun is low in the sky). In normal daytime light, there's just no glare or reflection on the screen.I also like the One Connect box that allows you to have only one wire coming out of the TV--I was able to easily hide that one thin wire and hide the One Connect box, so it's really a clean look.Another really cool thing is the Art Mode. Samsung will sell you artwork, but you can download your own artwork for free and load it onto the TV with a USB drive without too much hassle, so that's what I recommend. You can even customize a mat onto each piece of art or photograph which really helps it pop. I didn't buy a "frame" or bezel made specifically for the TV but I know some people love that too.Despite the horrible Samsung operating system, this TV is still an easy 5-star product for me, especially since the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k Max is pretty cheap. The Frame is easily the best TV I've owned.

Really Nice TV, but has some software quarks..
The menu system is a little slow. The controller doesn't have a button for devices so you always have to go into the menu. Also for the apps, you have to go into apps and then scroll down past a bunch of channels to get to the apps you installed. That is annoying. It looks great on the wall. Rotating pictures when the T.V. is off, you have to subscribe to for $4.99. They have some featured images for free, which are ok.All the free games, you get put in a que, and you'll never get to play them. You have to subscribe to the gaming services. Also when I paired my Xbox controller, the menu was in a loop saying pair your controller. Finally I exited and it said it was paired. It's an expensive TV, worth it IMO.

I bought this from the Amazon Renewed store. I've bought multiple expensive products from Amazon Renewed over the years and each one has lasted and performed as if it were brand new. I saved several hundred dollars buying this 65 in Samsung Frame TV using Amazon Renewed. The TV, One Box, and remote looked brand new. There was no physical marking or defects. A few things, it will take at least two people to install the TV if your setup is is similar to mine (over the mantle). If you're using the included legs then it's doable with one person. You can upload your own art or use art available for purchase (either individually or by membership) in the art store. It doesn't cost anything to upload your own pictures using the smart things app on your phone. You can select multiple mats and colors. One MAJOR answer to a question that I wish someone would have asked previously because I would have bought it sooner is that these tvs WILL fit on a universal TV mount. You don't need to use the included wall flush hanging kit. All we did was unlatch my old TV, remove the mounting brackets, install them on the frame, and slide it back up. The One Box doesn't need t be visible in order for it to work. Mine is tucked away in the lower cabinets beneath my TV and the door doesn't need to be open for the box to receive the remote signal. Admittedly, the TV is MUCH brighter in the picture than in actuality. The mat finish gives it such a true art finish. Overall, I'm happy I caved and finally bought this. It looks incredible in my living room!UPDATE: After 2 days of only using the TV for art mode I discovered the sound does not work. I will be returning.

Awesome TV! Light weight and beautiful screen color! Love the fact that the remote is solar powered!

Great picture; love the matte screen; amazingly thin; weak quality control.
All the hype about this product is spot on. The picture is amazing. The matte screen, in my opinion, is so much more practical and better than the typical glossy screens, which are always full of reflections. The TV is, amazingly, only 1 inch thick, so it really blends into the woodwork. The separate box for all the ports is brilliant, as it means there's only one tiny wire to the TV; that's great for a clean installation and ease of installation. And it's super great if you want to plug in other devices because you plug them into that box, not into the back of the TV.My one complaint is quality control (for the 75" size). The first TV I ordered was brand new and had a deformed slot for one of the feet, which meant I could not even set it up. I returned it. The second TV I ordered was a refurbished one, but it is not flat, so the add-on frames don't really fit perfectly.Note that you really do need 2 adults to move this TV around. It's simply too big and heavy for one person to move.
