The biggest thing I want to know for this product off the bat is that it charges a Xbox to core elite and it charges it just fine the LED indicator is even shown red because it's charging in the picture the battery charger works on this flawlessly and has built in safety which I liked the first day I got to stand my wife plugged in the standard controller to the charger and it did not engage but instead puts the controller on a gentle trickle charge that does not affect anything very positive feature about the device it will protect your batteries.That being said everything about it is really solid even the manufacturer that made the hanger for the headphones used respectable quality plastic not something that's thin and that will break extremely quick that comes with a headphone stand that basically you mount to the top of your Xbox through the end of one of the portholes very usefulThe only negative about the product is that I wish the fans actually sounded louder so you knew they were working so it's not really a negative about the device it does seem to do the job pretty well I went from standard cooling to this and yes you still feel your Xbox get hot but not as hot and it definitely helps keep the overall temperature down when playing starfield. It's also worth mentioning that my Xbox is quite literally less than a week old and I did notice an extremely slight but noticeable difference in performance when playing starfield and far cry 6 there was less lag because there's less heat.Last thing about the product it does have an adjustable feature for the fan and the light and yes you can turn the light off itself. The main one.

My disappointment is more of my own stupidity for not reading the fine print. I bought a similar stand from the same company for my fiancé for Christmas and we were both very pleased! It came with batteries and the cooling fan had an auto mode. I bought this seeing it was their upgraded model and thinking it'd have the same but it does not. Aside from that it's a really good stand! I love the lights, the fan was a lot easy than I thought it'd be to install because it plugs into both the xbox and stand underneath. The fan is quiet especially on the high speed. To any buyers make sure you buy the stand that does come with the rechargeable batteries if you don't have them! They do have the option to buy one with batteries. I don't mind buying the batteries, I sadly still just have no way of charging them till I have those batteries. ( Updating the review, I'm gonna call it a 5 star because I sucked it up and bought rechargeable batteries lol. Love the lights and found an external storage that lights up with it so I'm pretty proud of my setup :) )

this product is awesome. it was easy to install fits together perfectly. Personally I can't hear the fan even on highest level. It keeps my system cool with a steady stream of breeze up and out of the system lets the heat dissipate naturally up and out of the console. only problem, and maybe its unique to my device, when the controllers are plugged in the lights don't turn on to indicate they are charging. picked up controller after 24 hours of being seated in their chargers only to find them not fully charged or uncharged. but I have chargers which I use. I bought this to keep my console cool, which this device does very well. so, meh, the chargers don't work right. I would buy again and will for my son's console.thanks.

It's ok but the charging ports don't work with any of the battery packs I have, so the only good thing about it is the fan it is pretty quite.
