I'd been trying to get by with one of those small battery operated screwdrivers and it just didn't have the power to really do projects around the house and I'd find myself stripping screwheads all the time. I finally gave up, searched around, did research, and found this little gem here on Amazon.What a deal...$99 for a terrific little drill, a 20v battery, charger, AND a carrying case!This thing works like a champ, drives screws into wood fast, without stripping the heads, and is very very easy to handle and use. I can't speak to durability as yet, but so far, for around the home projects, it's proven its value!

I kept having to borrow my son’s drill driver, which is the model right before this one.The size is smaller and more lightweight, as is the battery but the older 20v batteries still fit it.I also got it on a daily special price: Driver, charger, one battery and storage bag for $99 bucks!Great price, great tool. I’m so glad to have my own.My son offered to swap me out for his older one with two batteries! I said No Way!This was a great price and I already know how good these tools are!

A very good 1/2” drill along with a 20 volt 2 AH battery, a charger and a light weight tool bag. This was a good deal at the time of purchase.

After buying 2 off brand supposed 20 volt cordless screwdrivers in the last two years, I had to turn to a trusted brand name. The 2 off brand screwdrivers might be good for putting together prebuilt furniture with predrilled holes but they were good for nothing else. Both of the garbage screwdrivers had good reviews but neither could drive a screw into even soft wood. They couldn't have had even 12 volts of power. This Dewalt, however, drilled the other two into the dust. Drilled new holes, screws, whatever without any trouble and the battery has last through several small projects so far.Don't waste your money on off brands. No way to tell if they truly are rated properly. This Dewalt is worth the money and is on the low end price of name brand models. Probably not powerful enough for professional use but for the home handy man, it is perfect. I would buy it again and give it as gifts without a worry.

A good little drill will pull a half inch drill bit thru 308 stainless like a much bigger drill.Doesn't eat batteries like some other manufactures.Good durability in a fab shop enviroment

Gets hot while charging. I have to unplug it. The red light never stops blinking.
