Good product with good specification at a very good price
Overall a good product with a quality feel to the case and controls. Works in spec with very good precision on output voltages and set currents. It is accurate enough to test the accuracy of cheap multi-meter's. It is a shame that the graphical display mode is a bit slow to update/respond. The updates take about 500 milliseconds after the change. It makes the dial and graph display modes less useful. The fan is a bit loud (28dB measured at .5M). It is a shame they didn't fit a thermally controlled fan as the fan is whirring away even when only a few mA is being drawn. My GW Instek power supply doesn't make any noise until things start to warm up. Keys are generally OK and look good but are a victory of style over content both in location and key design. I would prefer a traditional number pad. The V,mV,A,mA keys have sloping top making them awkward to press as they slip sideways. On balance a great unit for the money though.

Robust and reliable but the layout could be better
Seems very reliable. Its louder than my last supply and I don't really like the controls layout. I would have preferred an independent encoder for each channel. However it does perform well.
