Q: do i need to buy anything else with this or does it come with all parts included?

It comes with everything you need although you could probably do with some additional filters if you are going to be using it on a regular basis. My husband used the 2 filters you get with this within a couple of months having used it in an enclosed space with mdf dust and to knock a internal brick wall down. It is a great piece of kit though! Hope this helps

Q: Is this safe for sitework such as drilling into concrete and etc. ?

The Airpro provides eye and respiratory protection, so can be used for a variety of tasks. The eye protection is to EN166, class 1B3 high speed particles - medium energy impact. APF20 respiratory protection to BS EN 12941 TH2P-S. The Airpro does not offer head protection, it is not a hard hat or a bump cap, so cannot be used in hard hat working areas. Yes it will, since cutting roof tiles will produce air borne particles.
