Works as described
My dog has an autoimmune disease that affects his hair growth. He doesn’t have much and the hairs along his backbone get trapped inc causing ingrown hair bumps. Poor guy. Anyway, I bought this to see if it would help alleviate and prevent the ingrown hairs.I’ve only used once this far so I’m not sure if it’s helping the bumps but it does dough a thorough cleaning of his skin.

Worked Well On My Scabby Dog.
My dog had scabs on his body for most of his life. Vet recommended this and if one has the patience to keep a dog wet for 10 minutes this is great.

Got this order in TWO days. And it works well. VERY pleased.
I am VERY pleased with how quickly I received this product. I ordered this dog shampoo on a Thursday, about noon, and it was in my mailbox on Saturday. I kid you not. I couldn't be happier about that. :o)The product itself is good also. The benzoyl peroxide ingredient it contains is good for my dog's skin condition, Seborrhea. I had purchased it previously from the vet as recommended. I liked it and it really helped her so I purchased it again online, and you don't need a prescription. It's a 16 ounce bottle and since she's a large dog I use about a half bottle every time I wash her so this time I bought 2 bottles, but they do sell it by the gallon. The other reason I end up using half a bottle each time I bathe her is because it doesn't lather-up as easily as generic shampoo does, meaning it wouldn't make a good general shampoo to use on a dog with no skin conditions. The point of this shampoo is the benzoyl peroxide ingredient and what it does for her skin. So it's not shampoo for just getting a dirty dog clean. That being said, after I bathe her with this product she feels clean, her hair is shiny, and it's not flowery smelling and it's not medicated smelling, she just smells clean and she feels clean, and it really soothes her itchy and flaky skin. I am very pleased with the results AND pleased with how quickly I received my order.

Benzole Peroxide Treatment. Amazing
This Benzole Peroxide is magic!! My Boston terrier had flaky skin. Gone immediately with this treatment. The Frenchie also had flaky skin and massive amounts of hot spots. Calmed down with this treatment also,,and if your pets have skin issues This is what you need. Don't doubt it. Buy it and see for yourself. Just follow directions. Wala. Exactly what My pets needed. Thanks soooooo much.

Prescribed by vet for pyoderma folliculitis on dog.
This is a good shampoo. It was prescribed by my dog’s vet for pyoderma folliculitis, which is a fancy term for hair follicle inflammation and a subsequent skin infection. My dog ( a golden retriever) had very flaky, cracked skin that smelled incredibly musty. So musty, I had to leave the room or have him leave the room, even after bathing him. The bacterial infection caused the smell and the follicle inflammation I presume the flaky skin. The vet prescribed this shampoo to be used 3x/ week for one month along with a course of oral antibiotics that he had to take for 10 days ( keflex twice a day) . It cleared up, but the vet said this will likely be a lifelong recurring issue as these dogs tend to have skin problems and are prone to allergies. It has now been several months and I noticed the flaky skin was returning and a little bit of smell although not as repugnant as before. So I started using it again. Ideally I would do this several times a week again, but bathing a big dog is not a quick 5 min chore so I can realistically do it once, maybe twice a week. We’ll see if I can keep it at bay without another trip to the vet for antibiotics. This shampoo uses benzoyl peroxide as it’s active ingredient and is antimicrobial and “flushes” the follicles. It is to be used on a dog that is not infected to keep potentially bad bacteria on the skin to a minimum toprevent an infection. if your dog smells as bad as mine did, you should probably take it to a vet. It doesn’t have a fruity or typical nice shampoo smell, but rather, it smells like a medicated shampoo. But that doesn’t matter to me. Hope this review helps!
